My enthusiasm for knowledge can be contagious. I fruitfully communicate complex ideas by using scaffolding, analogy/stories, and curious questions that spark insight. 

Values

My values include integrity, mutual trust & respect, effective leadership, precise and non-violent communication. I am outcome oriented, placing value on the fruits of the work rather than the effort required to achieve the results, since everyone functions at different paces and is in different stages of ready-ness to bear fruit. And perhaps most of all, I value time, since it is the one resource that is limited for us all, in varying quantities, and sometimes in surprising ways. I value time to tend to my physical and mental wellbeing, and I value the time that is required to produce high quality, creative work. Since I value this for myself, I also value this for others, and will ensure that all time spent together is honored & purposeful. 

I am passionate about conscious language and I am a wizard with words, expertly trained with decades of experience writing and editing pieces for a broad spectrum of audiences (from marketing materials & website copy to academic analysis of literature). Precision in language is very important to me, as the words we use have power beyond the dictionary definition, and the right few words can express more than a handful of imprecise sentences.

I have an amazing tool I can use to help identify subconscious blocks and activate intentions - in individuals, groups, and organizations. This tool can also be used to send electromagnetic frequencies (influencing the quantum realm) and microcurrent frequencies (influencing the biological realm - for individuals only), which can be used for deep healing work while providing support in achieving highest potentials. I use this tool to support my own bio-energetic field and also use it when working with groups to support the group’s intentions and goals. This tool is called a Healy. Created & manufactured in Germany, it has only recently arrived to the USA and I am an independent distributor.
